During my internship at Zenovate AI, I drove changes across UX, UI, and branding projects. Working closely with the software development team and the founder, we identified and revamped outdated designs, clarified messaging, and increased interactivity through user-centered design principles. By incorporating user feedback and fostering collaboration, we created a more intuitive and engaging user experience that effectively met user needs and business goals.
The projects focused on modernizing Zenovate AI’s digital and brand presence to better communicate its value, engage users, and drive growth. This included addressing outdated design, unclear messaging, and limited interactivity through user-centered design and collaboration.

Improving the Old Website
Before: The previous website was cluttered and failed to communicate Zenovate AI’s value proposition effectively. Users struggled to find relevant information, leading to high bounce rates and low engagement.
Cluttered information and poor layout make it hard for users to take action.
When I joined Zenovate AI, the website wasn’t a priority. Recognising its potential to attract clients, something has to be done:
Pitched the Importance of a Modernized Website
I showed and analysed 20 websites from competitors and showed how better UX could increase sales and lead generation
Introduced UX Principles to the Team
Explained the importance of user-centered design to the team (who are experienced software engineers) focusing on how a well-structured website could help users understand our AI services and take action
After that, leadership is convinced that a good website is a good business move. This initiative resulted in a website that the team is proud of!

Working in a Fast-paced Environment
During my internship, I learned to adapt quickly to constant changes and tight deadlines, as the company often required rapid turnarounds with new tasks added daily. This experience taught me to prioritize effectively while maintaining design consistency. I also developed strategic thinking skills by diverging from brand norms to create engaging designs for a broader audience. Overall, I strengthened my ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
